“Manor of Creation — in formation” means that the enterprise is being established and is not represented here as an incorporated legal entity. This operating and contact information will be updated when formation is complete or if the controller details change.

2. Scope

This notice applies when you interact with Manor of Creation or one of its Brands through our websites, email, WhatsApp, customer service, sales, wholesale, orders, returns, repairs or related operational services.

3. Information we may process

Depending on your interaction, we may process:

• your name and contact details;

• your telephone number, WhatsApp identifier and profile information made available through WhatsApp;

• messages, attachments and other information you choose to send;

• your selected Brand, language, reason for contact and customer type;

• enquiries, quotations, orders, invoices, payments, deliveries, returns, repairs, support cases and related records;

• links between your conversation and the relevant contact, opportunity, order, ticket or other operational record;

• message identifiers, timestamps, delivery or read status and security or technical information needed to operate the service.

Please do not send information that is not necessary for your request.

4. Why we process information

We process information where necessary:

• to answer enquiries and take steps requested before entering into a contract;

• to perform and administer contracts, orders and services;

• to provide customer care, aftercare, wholesale service, returns and repairs;

• to meet legal, accounting, record-keeping and regulatory obligations;

• for legitimate interests in operating securely, preventing fraud, maintaining service continuity, improving our operations and protecting legal rights;

• with consent where consent is required, including for optional marketing.

A service conversation does not by itself create marketing consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out lawfully.

5. WhatsApp

WhatsApp Business Platform is a principal communication channel for Manor of Creation. A meaningful WhatsApp conversation may be connected to structured Odoo records so that the request can be handled, retrieved and audited. Automated classification or routing may assist our operators, but consequential exceptions remain subject to human review.

WhatsApp and Meta process information needed to deliver the service under their own applicable terms and privacy information. Please do not use WhatsApp for payment-card details, passwords, private access credentials or other unnecessary sensitive information.

6. Sharing and service providers

Information is available only to authorised people who need it for their work. We may use providers including:

• Odoo, for operational records, customer service, sales, orders and related business processes;

• Meta and WhatsApp, for WhatsApp message transport;

• Cloudflare, for website routing, performance and security;

• professional advisers, authorities or other recipients where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect legal rights.

We do not sell personal information.

7. International processing

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such processing must use an applicable legal transfer mechanism and the safeguards available under the provider’s terms. You may contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your data.

8. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, relationship, contract or service concerned and for applicable legal, accounting, claims, security and audit requirements. When information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised according to the applicable retention rules.

9. Your rights

Subject to the applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may contact us using the email address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data-protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.

10. Automated decisions

We do not currently make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means. Automation and artificial intelligence may assist with classification, extraction, language or drafting, with human oversight appropriate to the consequence.

11. Children

Our services are not directed to children acting independently. Do not submit a child’s personal information unless it is necessary, lawful and provided by an authorised adult. Contact us if information has been supplied in error.

12. Security

We use organisational and technical measures intended to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so information should be limited to what is necessary.

13. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when our legal identity, services, systems or processing change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
